How can you implement Lean in your Farm?

Working with groups of farmers to embed Lean management into their daily practices. This will involve 6 days advisory support for groups of up to 5 farmers working on selected improvement projects. This programme will be focused on reducing waste and boosting farm performance.

Lean Farm training 1-day workshops. These workshops provide an introductory insight into the fundamental principles and tools of Lean farm. You will also gain an understanding of the improvement methodology that is driving growth in farm organisations of all sizes in other jurisdictions. As a result of attending this workshop, you will receive a Lean Farm certificate from the Leading Edge Group.
